Finally got the covid-19 vaccine

 It was early morning of April 23, 2021 in Toronto Canada when I joined the serpentine line about 700 meter long to get the appointment for Vaccine against cover-19.  It was a pop up clinic set in John Macrey public school located in Macwan road. 

After standing an hour and half on the queue, I finally arrived to the location where the volunteers were giving appointment card. Luckily, I got the appointment for 3:00 PM. Then I went back to home for waiting. When I went to the location as per the appointment, but 15 minutes early, I was prescreened by a nurse who informed that I was getting fizar vaccine. 

As I was aware of the fizar vaccine, I felt fortunate. It had good reviews from those who had had it already. She collected all the information with the residental address. Then she asked me to go to the another room where the doctors and nurses were giving vaccines. 

A senior lady with smile face welcomed me at the entrance of the hall where mass vaccination was going on. I waited on the line again for a few minutes, then a male doctor was available for me. I took off the overcoat and put on my lap while sitting on the chair.

The doctor asked me if I had any cover symptoms or any medical issues. My answer was negative. I had a fear of the middle though. As he asked me which hand would be better for vaccine, I let his hit on the left hand. He cleaned my shoulder with the cotton. When he was gently rubbing the cotton, I cleansed my hand. Noticing me being little nervous, he told me that I wouldn’t know even how I felt injecting. 

Then boom! It was done. I felt like an bite. After I got the vaccine, they asked me to sit on the chair for about 15 minutes. There was not any symptoms of vaccine reaction. After 15 minutes, a nurse came and asked a few post screening questions. Everything was normal. She also gave some suggestions in case some side effects developes later on. She also informed another dose of vaccine will be provided in August and confirmation will e sent via email and text message.
